No-Bake Energy Bites (SO good!)



Today’s recipe comes from Maggie at Smashed Peas and Carrots. I found these on Pinterest (as with everything else in my life these days!) and Keith and D love them! Tucker loves them too…D somehow reached up and knocked them off the table and I found them feasting. Anyway, these are the ingredients I like to use. 🙂



I follow her recipe generally, but I don’t measure and I switch it up if I don’t have something or want to try something different.

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
